By contracting with us, you (the client) are agreeing with BillKohut.com (the designer) that all website content remains the property of the designer before, during, and after any contractual agreement between client and designer. The contractual agreement only permits the client use of the website for its intended purpose as defined in the contract’s specifications. The definition of website content includes but is not limited to, domain name, design, source code, graphics, and pictures. Any use of these items beyond the limits of the contract, without expressed written consent, is strictly prohibited and is a violation of copyright law.
